  1. 2 large eggs
  2. 1 cup of milk
  3. 1 cup of water
  4. 1/2 cup of club soda
  5. 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
  6. Grated zest of 1 lemon
  7. 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  8. 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
  9. 6 tablespoons of butter (melted)
  10. Vegetable Oil, for frying
  11. Nutella chocolate spread

This is the first dish that I actually took to school and my fellow classmates seemed to like it. I thought it went pretty well and I'm happy to say this could be the first dish I'm slightly proud of I only wish that when I was pouring the crepe batter that I had been more careful because the way that they came out was kind of funky and they were all odd shaped but flavor wise everything was in order. I don't know if any noticed the hint of the lemon zest in the crepes that they ate but I sure did.
