- 1 pound of Idaho or Yukon gold potatoes
- Salt
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper, preferably white
This dish is pretty straight forward and is very easy to make I just don't like the flavor of it because I personally do not like the way that olive oil tastes but that is me thinking out loud.
