  1. 1 large Idaho potato
  2. 12 large eggs
  3. 1/3 cup of heavy cream
  4. Salt
  5. Freshly ground black pepper
  6. 1 1/3 cups cubed (1-inch) day-old bread, crusts removed
  7. 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  8. 1 onion, cut into 1-inch strips
  9. Red bell pepper
  10. Green bell pepper
  11. 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter


   This dish was pretty interesting to make and I enjoyed preparing but I cant stand onions so I could not stand to eat it because the flavor of the onion was so overpowering.

That onion was not the right onion to use for a frittata. You should've used a sweet onion, and the one you used was also way too big for the size of recipe.
